Of the 10,000 EB5 investor visas available annually, up to 3,000 are set aside
for those who apply under a pilot program involving a USCIS-designated "Regional Center."
A "Regional Center" has been approved by the US Citizenship & Immigration Service. It focuses on investment at a specific geographic area within the United States and seeks to promote economic growth through increased export sales, improved regional productivity, creation of new jobs, and increased domestic capital investment.
California Wineries & Vineyards LLC has been approved by the US Citizenship & Immigration Service as one of its EB5 Immigrant Investors Regional Center in January 2009.
Central Coast Wineries & Vineyards LLC is currently pending for approval by the US Citizenship & Immigration Service as one of its EB5 Immigrant Investors Regional Center
Both Regional Centers are founded by Christina Lau and managed by Natural Econometric LLC.
If you are winery and vineyard owners trying to seek funding through our EB-5 Regional Center, you can contact us to discuss your needs.
