California Wineries & Vineyards LLC Regional Center covers both Napa County and Sonoma County with a minimum investment of $500,000.

We are seeking a limited number of accredited investors, as defined under SEC Regulation D, to participate in our Regional Center.

For Napa County, we will accept up to 98 foreign investors – each will contribute $500,000 into Napa Vineyards Fund that can bring good prospect of economic impact to Napa County and at the same time can gain permanent residency to the United States.

For Sonoma County, we will accept up to 50 foreign investors – each will contribute $500,000 into Sonoma Vineyards Fund that can bring good prospect of economic impact to Sonoma County and at the same time can gain permanent residency to the United States.


Our Regional Center will use the investment to acquire:

• vineyards/farmland and infrastructure that will produce wine grapes
• wineries (including troubled wineries)

California Wineries & Vineyards LLC Regional Center intends to promote job creation and economic growth through the following activities happening within Napa County and Sonoma County:

• wine or table grape growing, harvesting and processing
• wine making, manufacturing and bottling
• wine sales and export
