California Wineries & Vineyards LLC has been approved by the US Citizenship & Immigration Service as one of its EB5 Immigrant Investors Regional Center in January 2009. We are the first and only EB5 Regional Center that is located at the famous California wine regions: Napa and Sonoma counties.

The California Governor's Office of Economic Development ("GOED") has also acknowledged and will support all efforts by California Wineries & Vineyards EB5 Regional Center to bring investment into the Targeted Employment Areas ("TEA") within Napa and Sonoma counties -- letter from GOED for reference.
