EB‑5 Overview

California Wineries & Vineyards LLC Regional Center is an equity-based EB‑5 investment program covering Napa and Sonoma counties with a minimum investment of $800,000 into TEA or $1.05 million into non‑TEA.

We are registered with the SEC and accept only accredited investors under Regulation D (CIK #0001506717).

Use of Proceeds

Vineyards/farmland & infrastructure for wine grapes
Wineries (including troubled wineries)

Growth & Jobs

Grape growing, harvesting & processing
Wine making, manufacturing & bottling
Wine sales & export

USCIS Designation

Approved by USCIS in January 2009. The California Wineries & Vineyards EB5 Regional Center was re‑certified in 2024 under the EB‑5 RIA‑2022 by the USCIS. The regional center was founded by Christina Lau and managed by Natural Econometric LLC.
